Mandy220DM server lifter, double deck and single deck

The Mandy220DM series comes in two deck configurations for lifting, installing and positioning servers, GPUs, racks and battery packs accurately in a cleanroom environment, operated by one person.

Both versions carry 200 kg and lift at 125 mm/s with smooth starting and stopping. Protection is rated IP41, the body is built in SUS304 stainless steel, and the machine meets cleanroom requirements with ESD protection.

Taiwan: lithium DC 24V / 20Ah x 2 at 8 kg each. International: VRLA DC 24V / 22Ah x 2 at 15 kg each. Swapped quickly with no interruption to work

ASP Advanced Sensor Positioning

Choose 15 stations x 8 levels or 8 stations x 10 levels, programmable with a position memory lock

Powered Travel with STA

Forward 0-3 km/h and reverse 0-1.5 km/h, smooth starting and stopping, with STA safe turning assist

Cleanroom and ESD Protection

Meets cleanroom requirements, with easy-rolling, wear-resistant and non-dusting materials
