With Lifts All’s Roll Gripper, lifting rolls is easy. The roll lifter uses a piston to grip the roll by its core without damaging the outside. The roll can then be angled horizontally or vertically, depending on how you want to position it. The lift is height-adjustable, making it easy to place the roll on shelves or into machines. The operator can perform their entire job without having to do strenuous manual lifting — the roll becomes completely weightless on the roll lift.

The lifter can lift most rolls or spools with a hollow centre — for example paper rolls, foil rolls, aluminium rolls or plastic rolls. The lifter is equipped with a matching expander to ensure an optimal fit for the roll. A selection of expanders is available, and we also manufacture custom expanders.

The lift is easy to operate and gently lowers the roll using the smooth PSH control. It also doesn’t take up unnecessary space and is energy-efficient. This particular model can lift very heavy rolls, up to 120 kilograms. The lift’s capacity is fully customisable; if you need to lift heavier or lighter rolls, we’ll tailor it to your needs.

The expander applications fit different rolls depending on the size of the core. The piston grips the core of the roll and expands, making it possible to lift rolls up to 120 kilos.
