WilsonX-RCS server and rack lifter
The WilsonX-RCS series comes in two mast heights for lifting, installing and positioning servers, GPUs, racks and battery packs accurately in a cleanroom environment. The unit travels under its own power and is designed for safe single-operator use.
Both versions carry 120 kg and lift at 125 mm/s with smooth starting and stopping. Protection is rated IP41, the body is built in SUS304 stainless steel and aluminium, and the machine meets Class 1000 cleanroom requirements with ESD protection.

Lithium DC 24V / 20Ah x 2, swapped quickly with no interruption to work
Powered Travel
Forward 0-3 km/h and reverse 0-1.5 km/h, with smooth starting and stopping and automatic slowing into turns, so the tail does not swing out
Safety by Design
FCW automatic forward guard, ERB anti-pinch on reverse, STA turn deceleration, anti-pinch wheel covers, MP3 audible warning and an optional warning light
Cleanroom and ESD Protection
Meets Class 1000, with specialist wheel materials that roll easily, resist wear and do not generate dust
