Description
P-SERIES EPDM FOAM VACUUM CUPS
Ethylene-propylene foam cups, sealing rings and oval pads – P-35 to P-300, 7.5 to 600 lb
Product Overview
The P-Series specialty foam cups are moulded in EPDM (ethylene-propylene) foam, for load surfaces that a solid rubber cup cannot seal against.
Each size is available in three forms: a cup and fitting assembly, a cup and valve assembly with an integrated check valve, and the sealing ring on its own as a replacement part.
The round range runs from P-35 (42.5 mm) to P-300 (315 mm), alongside two oval pads for long, narrow loads. Most parts are RoHS compliant.
EPDM resists UV, ozone and many chemicals, which makes it a good choice for outdoor work and for washdown environments. It is not suited to oily loads – ask FULL-SHARP about nitrile if oil contact is expected.

The cup & valve version carries an integrated check valve, so the cup holds vacuum if it fails to seal – useful on multi-cup systems handling uneven loads. It is available on the P-35, P-60 and P-100 only.
