Product Overview
Rectangular foam pads with suspension
ANVER rectangular foam vacuum pads use a slip-in self-locking sealing ring. These ANDURASOFT® foam seals are most effective on rough, uneven or textured surfaces – tread plate, diamond plate, saw cut stone or smoothed concrete.
They are available in a number of shapes, styles and materials, and the seal design makes maintenance easy. ANDURASOFT® foam rings are standard in K1 or K3 style; other foam styles are available – consult the factory.
These rectangular pads offer maximum versatility when used with ANVER spring loaded suspension assemblies, and include a dual position clevis mounting slide.
Features
01 – Wide range, seals in stock
A wide variety of rectangular metal pads for industrial use. Replacement seals are always in stock for same day shipping, to minimise downtime.
02 – No special tools
Seals are easily replaceable and economical – changed by hand in a few minutes while the pad stays on the lifter.
03 – Follows the surface
Pads adjust easily to uneven or rough surfaces, for maximum safety.
04 – Many seal sizes
Seals are available in a large variety of sizes across the range.
05 – Dual position clevis slide
The clevis mounting slide gives two mounting positions on the same pad.
06 – Fitting note
If pads are bought separately, follow the specified torque settings and bolt depths.

Vertical load capacity is half the listed horizontal figure. Rated capacities are estimates; actual capacity varies with the load surface and the vacuum level achieved.
