Product Overview
VP Series cups
ANVER’s VP Series flat vacuum cups are also available for use with ball swivel suspensions. These cups were designed using more than 30 years of experience in vacuum handling, which makes them some of the most versatile and economical cups ANVER offers.
The key advantage is the slip-on seal: when the sealing lip wears, only the seal is replaced, not the whole cup. Seals carry an SSR part number matched to the cup size.
Cup material – the standard seal material is nitrile (NBR). Some seals are available in silicone (SI) or ANVER Nomathane® (NM).

Maximises capacity – excellent for both horizontal and vertical loads.
04 – Ball swivel mounting
Standard on all pads. Larger pads offer ball swivel and quad mount.
05 – Rigid mount option
Rigid mount with through port is standard on the smaller VP26 to VP36 sizes.
06 – Side vacuum port
Swivel or rigid mount with side port on the mid-range sizes.

These sizes mount to an SLSA3 series suspension. The NPT versions need an adapter fitting; the –G versions need no adapter.

The silicone version of the VP146 is only available in high quantities.
Superseded Seals & Cups
Seal numbers – SSR-60 is replaced by SSR-62, SSR-70 by SSR-72, SSR-80 by SSR-82, and SSR-90 by SSR-92. Each pair is identical in size, capacity and function and is backwards compatible, so old and new seals can be mixed on the same unit without issue.
Cup numbers – VP50 is replaced by VP56; VP90 by VP92; the VC95Q quad mount cup by VP96; and the VC119Q by VP126.

*Capacity basis – the figures on this page are based on 24″ Hg at sea level with a safety factor of two (2) horizontal (flat) and four (4) vertical (upright). Vertical load capacity is half the listed horizontal capacity. Rated capacities are estimates; actual capacity varies with the load surface and the vacuum level achieved.
