Product Overview
VC Series cups
These hub style vacuum cups have rubber bonded to aluminium and feature production quality construction with a universal design, suitable for most applications.
Machine rod suspension mounting, with a side vacuum port, ensures a strong, long lasting and airtight connection.
The range covers VC57, VC65 and VC75 in the medium sizes, plus the larger VC95R-2 and the quad-mount VC95Q and VC119Q, which bolt to a plate rather than a rod.
Design Features
01 – Bonded construction
Rugged rubber bonded to aluminium, designed for production use.
02 – Long low-angle lip
Needs little pressure to make initial contact, and takes up inaccuracies in cup height.
03 – Two inside sealing edges
Make contact once vacuum is attained and become the main sealing edges, for safety.
04 – Cleated bottom
Eliminates puckering and slipping. Suits horizontal and vertical applications alike.
05 – Soft rubber, stiff hub
Soft, pliable rubber on a stiff aluminium hub gives an easy quick-attach and a tremendous non-skid grip.
06 – Materials
The standard material is nitrile. Silicone and other compounds are available – allow a longer lead time.
Recommended Usage
Sheet to thick block
Light gauge sheet and other thin materials, through to thick blocks.
Slightly textured surfaces
Fibreglass panels, automotive panels and similar.
Wavy or contoured surfaces
The flexible lip follows a curved or uneven face.
Semi-flexible materials
Stock that flexes under its own weight during the lift.

Superseded part numbers – VC57 and VC65 are replaced by VC57R12-13-NBR and VC65R12-13-NBR (the BS cup fitted with a VPHA138R12-13 adapter). VC75 and VC75BS-NBR are replaced by VP76R58-11-NBR (VP76-NBR with VPHA138R58-11), and VC95R-2 by VP96R34-10-NBR.
Slip-on seal alternative – vacuum pads with economical, easy to install replacement slip-on seals are also available. Ask FULL-SHARP about the VP flat pad range.

Cup weights: VC95Q 2.75 lb (1.25 kg), VC119Q 5.45 lb (2.47 kg). VC119Q can be replaced by VP126-NBR, which requires metric hardware.
*Capacity basis – the figures above are based on 24″ Hg at sea level with a safety factor of two (2) in the horizontal (flat). Vertical load capacity is half the listed horizontal capacity. Rated capacities are estimates; actual capacity varies with the load surface and the vacuum level achieved.
