Medium Duty Articulating Pneumatic Arm

The AAA6000 medium duty articulating pneumatic arm (overhead and floor mounted) is a parallelogram arm built to lift, rotate, balance and move product from conveyors, dunnage, assembly lines and many other applications.

The AAA6000 uses a twin cylinder system to achieve a higher lifting capacity, reducing operator fatigue by absorbing torque reaction and making it easy to lift and manipulate the product.

The overhead version of the AAA6000 travels inside RAD4110, RAD6110 or RAD7510 aluminium rail on the “X”, “Y” and “Z” axes, with a wide range of control configurations.

FULLSHARP supplies the AAA6000 in both fixed and 360° rotating versions. Maximum reach (without an extension boom) is 48 in [1,219 mm] and maximum balancing capacity is 430 lbs [195 kg] at 100 psi [6.8 bar]. Capacity varies with reach.

Mounting Options

AAA6000 – Overhead

Travels inside RAD4110 / RAD6110 / RAD7510 aluminium rail, giving full X, Y and Z axis coverage across the work area.

AAA6000 – Pedestal

Floor mounted on its own column, so no overhead rail system is needed. Ideal where the roof structure cannot carry a rail.
