Description
POWERED TILTING & UPENDING VACUUM LIFTERS
90° powered tilt – ET / ETL electric and AT / ATL air powered series, 80 to 2,000 lb
Product Overview
ET100M4 powered tilter
Vacuum lifters with a powered upender mechanism allow a single operator to handle load-turning tasks with ease. The tilting motion is designed to stop at any intermediate angle.
The ET / ETL electric and AT / ATL air powered lifter/tilter series are engineered to take the effort out of turning heavy loads, while delivering strong holding force and a full 90° tilt. Safety is built in throughout: the VLS 9V battery vacuum leak warning system, a lockable attach/release slide valve, and locking knobs on the adjustable pads, slides and crossarms.
Rated capacities are given at a maximum vacuum of 24 in. Hg [609.6 mm Hg] with a 4:1 safety factor in vacuum holding. Dual filter/reservoir assemblies on both series provide clean, dependable holding power even in demanding environments, while ergonomic handles, a rigid welded steel frame and positioning handles at the ends of the beam keep the lifter comfortable to operate.
Tilting configurations
Tilt angle – load weight and thickness affect the final tilt angle the lifter can reach. Because of the centre of gravity offset, please contact FULL-SHARP for loads thicker than 1.18 in. [3 cm] on ET / AT and thicker than 2 in. [51 mm] on ETL / ATL.
Unit weights do not include optional accessories.

- AL1001UP vacuum generator with vacuum and pressure gauges (ATL only)
- 3/8 NPT air inlet with lockable slide valve
- VLS system – vacuum leak sensor and alarm, 9V battery powered
- Pre-set regulator allows the lifter to run on higher pressure air lines
- Single stage venturi with check valve, preventing loss of vacuum if the air supply fails
- Heavy duty pneumatic cylinder for 90° tilting
- Flow control valve to regulate tilt speed
- Handle mounted lever valve for tilt control
- Attach/release slide valve with safety lock
Specifications
- Maximum capacity – 500 to 2,000 lb [227–907 kg] for AT; 250 lb [113 kg] for ATL, unless otherwise specified
- Air requirement – 90–120 psi, clean and dry compressed air, 10.5 SCFM [297.3 l/min]
- Energy Air Saver – a vacuum control valve shuts off air flow to the pump once the set vacuum level is reached, for maximum air savings
- Tilt speed – variable, with 100% duty cycle and no overheating

Key Design Features
01 – VLS system
Vacuum leak sensor and audible alarm, 9V battery powered, warning the operator before holding force is lost.
02 – Slide valve
Attach/release slide valve with a safety lock, so the load cannot be released accidentally.
03 – Circuit protection
Re-settable circuit breakers protect both the vacuum pump and the tilt actuator.
04 – Check valve
Holds vacuum in the event of power loss or air supply failure, keeping the load attached.
05 – Locking knobs
On the adjustable pads, slides and crossarms, so the set-up stays where the operator puts it.
06 – Control pendant
Tilt control pendant on a 10 ft [3.5 m] cord with holster, for operation from a safe position.
