Knight Global Floor Mounted Rail Systems are designed to give a safe, efficient answer to ergonomic challenges on the shop floor. A wide range of configuration options covers the specific technical and application requirements of each customer.
The suspension rail uses enclosed trolley track that keeps dust out of the running surface – giving smoother, quieter operation. Floor mounted rail systems are available in both single bridge and dual bridge configurations to suit a wide range of lifting requirements.

Features

Features
- Maximum post height: 5,181 mm [17 ft].

- Rigid end truck – prevents the bridge skewing under sudden load, keeping lifting and lowering accurate.
- End cap with shock absorber – absorbs the impact when the bridge reaches the end of the rail.
- Extended stack hangers with 38 mm [1.5 in] of vertical adjustment in 6 mm [0.25 in] increments.
- Anti-sway guy cables with adjustable turnbuckles.
- Pad eyes built into the bridge for safety cables and horizontal bracing cables.
- Bridge pad eyes also allow the bridge to be lifted during system assembly.

When to Use AFMRS / CMRS
- Buildings with no suitable roof structure to carry an overhead rail system.
- Where a free-standing working zone is needed, independent of the existing structure.
- Areas with several intersecting rail systems or a need for clear zoning.
- Automotive assembly stations and heavy industrial production lines.
- Maintenance and repair bays for heavy equipment.
Choosing a Configuration
- AFMRS1000: for a fixed working area with no planned expansion.
- AFMRS2000: where the runway needs to be extended now or in future.
- CMRS1000: where one side must stay clear – against a wall or next to machinery.
- MRAS4203: for exceptionally heavy loads or highly customised requirements.
