Models: KSHEA / KSHAEA – 250 / 350 / 500 / 750-2401
The Knight KSHEA (overhead carriage mounted) and KSHAEA (floor mounted) are Intelligent Assist Devices (IAD) that let the operator reach beyond the area directly under the rail system and position a load precisely along the “Z” axis (vertical) with high speed and reliability. The extension arm allows flexible movement outside a straight-line path, within a work cell or production station.
Knight’s servo hoist technology becomes an extension of the operator’s natural motion, improving accuracy, responsiveness and repeatability – and with them overall safety, throughput and quality. The main benefits: wasted motion is eliminated, reaction time is shortened, and inertia effects with heavy loads are reduced.
