Introduction
Full Sharp was deeply honored to welcome a delegation from the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, as part of the 2026 (ROC Year 115) Assistive Device Exploration and Hands-on Activity under the Job Redesign Program (職務再設計) for the Taoyuan–Hsinchu–Miaoli region. The delegation’s visit is a great encouragement to us and affirms the value we have always pursued: bringing advanced lifting solutions closer to the people who do the work.

Background
About the Job Redesign Program
The Job Redesign Program is a meaningful initiative that adjusts and redesigns work environments, tools and processes so that people with disabilities and older workers can work more easily, safely and efficiently. Rather than asking people to adapt to the limitations of equipment, the program improves the tools and workspaces themselves to match each person’s abilities.

A partnership for a safer workplace
From the very beginning, Full Sharp has held that lifting equipment is not just a tool for raising output, but a companion to the people who use it. We believe a modern factory is a place where people get the fullest support to work with less effort, more precision and, above all, in safety.
In that spirit, Full Sharp aims to make a practical contribution to a more humane working environment for everyone. For workers in general, lift assist solutions reduce physical strain, help prevent spinal and musculoskeletal injuries caused by overexertion, and sustain health and productivity throughout their working lives.
For people with disabilities and older workers in particular, lifting equipment offers especially meaningful benefits:
Safety & long-term health
People with disabilities and older workers are often more vulnerable to falls, sprains and strain injuries. Lifting equipment makes handling smooth, stable and controlled, significantly reducing the risk of accidents as well as injuries that build up over time.
Wider, more equal job opportunities
Once physical barriers are removed, the range of jobs that people with disabilities and older workers can take on expands considerably. This is the core purpose of assistive equipment: helping each person make full use of their abilities and take part in work fully and equally.
Building a workplace where productivity and human safety always go hand in hand.

The highlight of the program was the hands-on session, where delegates personally operated a range of Full Sharp’s signature equipment.

At each experience station, delegates saw first-hand how tasks that normally demand a great deal of physical effort can be done more easily and safely. Full Sharp hopes that, through these solutions, lift assist equipment can play a small part in protecting workers’ health and creating better job opportunities for more people.

Closing remarks
The session ended with many positive impressions and warm handshakes. Full Sharp is truly glad and proud to have shared the practical value of its lifting solutions with the delegation and all participants.
